The role of Host at Pacific Catch is an integral part of the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for patrons entering the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
  • be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
  • ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
  • embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
  • ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
  • ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
  • high school education is required
  • minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
