Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must obtain a food handler's certificate
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- must speak English clearly and accurately
- willingness to receive and adapt to feedback
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow safety procedures

- previous customer service experience beneficial but not required
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

Job Duties
- serve guests quickly efficiently and courteously
- have superior customer service skills
- plan organize and multitask maintaining a clean and orderly workstation
- anticipate guest needs and fulfill them proactively
- convey detailed information about food and drink menus
- operate a touch screen point of sale system accurately
- maneuver safely through crowded dining areas carrying trays
- remain stationary for up to fifty percent of shift
- adapt to instructions and alter behavior accordingly
- communicate clearly in English
