The Front of House positions at Panchito's encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless customer interactions and smooth service operations. Significant physical stamina is necessary as workers may remain stationary for up to half of their scheduled shifts and move frequently throughout the day. The role requires a willingness to receive and adapt to instructional feedback to maintain standards and improve performance continually. Excellent English communication skills are necessary to ensure clear and accurate interactions with customers and team members.
Physically, the job demands lifting and moving weights of up to 25 pounds regularly, utilizing peripheral vision, as well as frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching. Occasionally, employees may need to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Due to the nature of this physical workload, all front of house employees must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate before commencing work, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- must be at least 18 years old
- must obtain a food handler's certificate
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
