Job Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • Must be able to stand and be mobile for up to 5 hours
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • Weekend availability required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Run food and beverages to correct tables as they appear in the window
  • Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing
  • Inform guests about ingredients and components of food and beverage items
  • Ensure necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and available
  • Assist other team members during downtime or as requested by manager
  • Stock to-go roll-ups and server station
  • Exercise care with restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses
