Joining the Marcus Theatres Service Team as a Food Runner means becoming part of a close-knit family that is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences alongside blockbuster entertainment. This role is designed for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working collaboratively with staff, and contributing to a positive atmosphere where fun and professionalism go hand in hand. Food Runners play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by supporting kitchen and service staff, maintaining the presentation and quality of food during service, and handling a range of duties that keep the dining operations smooth and efficient.
The position offers competitive wages, premium holiday pay, and flexible or set schedules that cater to individual availability. You'll play an important role in maintaining cleanliness and organization, communicating effectively between kitchen staff and servers, and responding to special guest requests. During busy periods, your help will be essential in supporting servers by serving food at tables, assisting with bussing duties, and ensuring the quality and presentation of every plate.
