Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution preferred
  • proven experience in culinary leadership roles
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
  • ability to enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication and team management skills
  • experience in private club or hospitality environments is an advantage
  • availability to work full-time on-site in Hobe Sound, Florida
