Job Description
We are looking for a sushi chef with minimum of 1 year of experience. Key responsibilities are: filleting whole fish, cooking and seasoning rice, assembling maki rolls and sashimi with precision and esthetics. Sushi chef needs to manage stock levels as well as have excellent knowledge about food safety.
