Within the Fort Wayne, IN area, CROSSMARK is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented individuals to join its team as Food Demonstrators/Sales Advisers. This role involves performing food and beverage sampling demonstrations inside elite local retail grocery stores, creating a positive and exciting experience for consumers. The position is ideal for those passionate about increasing brand awareness through direct consumer engagement during demonstration events. It offers part-time, primarily weekend work shifts (usually Thursday through Sunday), approximately six hours in length. This role provides an excellent opportunity for supplemental income and is well-suited for entry-level candidates or those looking to acquire new skills through company-provided training. Benefits become available after 60 days of employment, further enhancing the appeal of this position. Food Demonstrators are expected to be friendly, respectful, and able to take direction effectively while working independently within stores.
