Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug tests and background verification

  • High level of integrity and reliability
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain such authorization

Job Duties

  • Provide continuous customer attention
  • Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly, courteously, and friendly
  • Arrange, prepare, portion, and cook foods according to company specifications
  • Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, stoves, and chicken roasters properly
  • Sanitize workstations and equipment including fryers, ovens, stoves, and utensils
  • Offer product suggestions appropriately
  • Store and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control
  • Replenish and use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and control costs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Monitor food temperatures and portion control
  • Record food tracking data accurately
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or irregularities to management
  • Notify management of thefts, unauthorized discounts, property damage, or illegal activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
