The Cashier/Food Service Worker role at SodexoMagic is a pivotal position centered on delivering exceptional customer service within food service operations. This part-time role is located at Atrium Health Lake Norman Hospital and offers a competitive pay rate of $18.85 per hour. The position works varying shifts and hours with an emphasis on open availability, allowing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. As a Cashier/Food Service Worker, you will be the friendly face and warm greeter to customers, ensuring each interaction is marked by a customer-first approach. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the cash register to handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately. In addition, you will assist in the preparation and serving of food from counters and steamtables, support retail operations by maintaining supplies and products, and assist with cleanup and closedown activities at the end of shifts. Punctuality and reliability are critical in this role, as scheduled shifts must be attended with consistency and professionalism.
