The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role typically involves working around 20 hours per week, with an hourly pay range between $15.00 and $18.00 depending on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. As a Retail Store Associate, you play a critical role in shaping the customer experience by providing personalized service, maintaining store standards, and supporting various departments including pharmacy, photo, and beauty services.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers, delivering compassionate and attentive service by anticipating their needs and offering assistance in a friendly and efficient manner. The position entails performing cashier duties accurately, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance and inventory of the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and assisting store management with daily tasks such as opening and closing procedures.

This position requires physical stamina as associates are expected to be on their feet for extended periods and able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally. Although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory, making the role accessible to diverse candidates primarily aged 16 and above.
