The Busser/Runner maintains cleanliness and adheres strictly to food safety standards, ensuring the restaurant environment remains hygienic and inviting. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and be agile throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift.
