The organization's commitment extends beyond mere caregiving; it emphasizes treating residents like family and enriching their lives. This approach not only adds years to residents' lives but also ensures that those years are filled with meaningful experiences and genuine joy. Dial stands out as a supportive workplace where employees are valued, with an emphasis on collaboration, respect, and continuous learning. Team members are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to a culture that continuously seeks to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
The position available at Dial involves a key role in maintaining quality care for residents by providing personal care services, assistance, and supervision. This role demands flexibility, a compassionate nature, and a readiness to respond to residents' needs effectively. The candidate will be entrusted with duties such as updating service plans, coordinating health services, performing assessments for new residents, and assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. The role also includes occasional on-call responsibilities, including coverage during weekends and holidays, reflecting the importance of continuous care in a senior living environment. This position requires compassionate leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates holding nursing licenses, preferably Registered Nurses (RNs), are given priority, although Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with relevant leadership experience may also be considered. The role offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off from day one, tuition assistance, holiday double pay, referral bonuses, and medical coverage including dental and vision. At Dial, employees receive recognition and incentives as part of a work environment that values their contributions and supports their professional growth.
