The role of the Food & Beverage Front of House Supervisor at the 20th Hole restaurant is integral to maintaining the high standards that guests expect. As a leader within the restaurant team, the supervisor supports servers, hosts, and support staff by offering guidance, training, and mentorship, promoting accountability and teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant setting
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest service best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with POS systems and table management software
  • Skilled in cash handling
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Utah Alcohol Server Permit
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties accurately and timely
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards in dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth food and beverage flow
