The role of Cook/Kitchen Staff at B&B Theatres is an essential position focused on food preparation and kitchen operation to support the overall guest experience. As a Cook/Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredient freshness, and garnishing dishes. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment and operating kitchen equipment properly are also key aspects of this role.   • Prior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with both hot and cold food preparation
  • Sound working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes
  • If 18 years old or older, proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
  • Possession of a valid food handler's card as required by county regulations

Job Qualifications
