Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
- Prior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with both hot and cold food preparation
- Sound working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes
- If 18 years old or older, proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
- Possession of a valid food handler's card as required by county regulations

Job Duties

- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hot and cold food preparation techniques
- Adhere to all accepted sanitation standards and health codes
- Wash dishes and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Utilize cut gloves when handling knives and other sharp utensils
- Manage assigned tasks effectively and meet established time schedules
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen environment through regular cleaning and adherence to hygiene protocols
- Fulfill any other duties as delegated or directed by supervisory personnel
