Material Handler - Part Time (Warehouse like)

This role is a full-time position based on-site, offering a competitive pay rate starting at $17.89 per hour. The position requires candidates who are safety-conscious and able to perform physically demanding tasks in an active warehouse or logistics setting. The role specifically focuses on the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight cargo, dangerous goods, and Unit Load Devices (ULDs). Employees will assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets that contain heavyweight freight, ensuring timely and accurate handling.

Additionally, incumbents will serve as liaisons between FedEx and ULD repair vendors when required, facilitating communication and timely resolution of maintenance needs. This position demands the ability to work under various environmental conditions, maintain alertness, and comply with all safety protocols. The work schedule comprises two possible shifts, either early morning or evening hours from Tuesday to Saturday. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license due to operational requirements involving motorized conveyances.
