In terms of compensation, the pay ranges from $17.13 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting a commitment to competitive wages that value employee contributions. Benefits offered include paid sick leave under PFMLA regulations, eligibility for 401K retirement benefits after completing one year and 1000 hours of work, and medical and dental insurance available after one year of employment for those averaging 30 or more hours per week.
