Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Monitor and observe the day-to-day activities of subordinates
- Coordinate breaks for hourly associates
- Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists
- Coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates
- Operate cash register and void transactions as needed
- Maintain proper security of cash at all times
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Implement product rotation based on product code dates
- Order products and participate in physical inventory counts
- Resolve customer complaints with customer satisfaction in mind
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices
- Monitor compliance with safety guidelines
- Build awareness about safety and report safety concerns to management
