Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to train and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Monitor and observe the day-to-day activities of subordinates
  • Coordinate breaks for hourly associates
  • Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
  • Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists
  • Coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates
  • Operate cash register and void transactions as needed
  • Maintain proper security of cash at all times
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Implement product rotation based on product code dates
  • Order products and participate in physical inventory counts
  • Resolve customer complaints with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices
  • Monitor compliance with safety guidelines
  • Build awareness about safety and report safety concerns to management
