This Full-Time Lead position at Little Caesars involves supporting store operations by assisting management and supervising crew members to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities. The Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of both product quality and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will not only guide the team but also participate actively in food preparation, cooking, and service. You will be responsible for keeping the pizza hot and fresh, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and managing inventory along with stock levels. Additionally, you will provide excellent guest service with a friendly and positive attitude, motivating the team and working closely with management to meet store goals.

Physically, the role demands stamina and the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform other tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions throughout the shift. Job Requirements
