This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates under a license allowing use of McDonald's logos and food products but functions as a separate company and employer distinct from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are solely the responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer and will manage your employment directly. This independent operation offers the familiar McDonald's work environment along with opportunities to grow within the company.
