We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for hourly Service Support Playmaker positions who are passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced and popular entertainment setting. This role requires a positive attitude, a team mentality, a focus on player experience, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. The work involves interacting with players, maintaining service areas, and assisting with various support tasks to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all guests.

As a Service Support Playmaker at Topgolf, you will greet guests with friendly energy, efficiently deliver food and beverages, assist in preparing non-alcoholic drinks, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue. You will support your team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation standards. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be lifting items up to 50 lbs, spending most of your shift on your feet, and engaging in a variety of active tasks.
