Job Description

Hilton is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its exceptional service and dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests worldwide. With over 3 billion guests welcomed across its portfolio of world-class brands, Hilton remains committed to its founding vision: to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. As a company, Hilton prides itself on fostering an award-winning workplace culture, having been repeatedly recognized on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton’s dedication to both its guests and its team members reflects a balanced approach to hospitality and employee wellbeing, ensuring that its workforce feels supported and valued in every aspect of their careers.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences at every touchpoint. As a Senior Restaurant Manager at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing operations for one of Hilton’s premier dining outlets. This role is much more than just managing restaurant operations; it is about spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable, high-quality guest experiences that enrich every guest’s stay. You will be responsible for directing all facets of restaurant management, from guest service standards and product quality to cost controls, budgeting, marketing strategies, and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of operation.

Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated, high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams, you’ll drive initiatives that increase brand visibility and guest loyalty, leveraging technology platforms like OpenTable to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience. You will also be tasked with implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, including up-selling, new menu development, and cross-selling hotel services.

Compliance will remain a top priority, ensuring all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations are rigorously followed, thus fostering a culture committed to the wellbeing of both guests and team members. Hilton’s core values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment—are qualities that define success within this role and across the organization.

Hilton also emphasizes the importance of team member wellbeing beyond the workplace. Employees benefit from unmatched perks such as deeply discounted travel opportunities with the Go Hilton program, an employee stock purchase program offering a 15% discount on Hilton shares, paid parental leave, and personalized caregiving support. Mental health resources through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans are all part of Hilton’s commitment to its team’s overall wellness and financial security.

If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a leading global company that invests in its people, the Senior Restaurant Manager position at Hilton offers a rewarding career path. Come for the job, stay for the career, and help make every stay a little more magical at Hilton.
