The position available is for part-time, fixed team members who primarily ensure that guests receive exceptional service at Regal Cinemas theaters. This seasonal role, with an expected end date of August 6, 2026, includes assignments in various operational areas such as the concession stand, door, or usher roles. Team members in the concession stand are responsible for operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining accuracy in cash handling, promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program, preparing and cleaning concession equipment, up-selling products, and adhering to all food safety regulations. Usher duties include ticket tearing and collecting, crowd control, auditorium cleanliness, enforcing rating systems, monitoring picture and sound quality, and assisting guests with seating. Across all roles, team members are expected to comply with the company dress code, perform general cleaning duties, handle emergency situations professionally when required, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to upholding Regal Cinemas' high standards of service and safety. Job Requirements

  • completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
  • legally required state or local alcohol selling/serving training and certificate if applicable
  • completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
  • ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
  • ability to meet vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties

  • managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
  • enforcing MPAA rating system
  • conducting in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality
  • reporting problems and discrepancies to management
  • performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
  • cleaning auditoriums and other areas
  • monitoring cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
  • assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
