The organization’s mission is deeply rooted in the legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace and focuses on delivering high-quality, equitable health services across both urban and rural settings. This ensures that individuals receive the best possible care regardless of their background or geographic location.
Situated in Eugene, Oregon, PeaceHealth University District is searching for a full-time General Otolaryngologist to join its dynamic and collaborative Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team. This position offers extensive opportunities to practice full-spectrum ENT care that ranges from routine cases to advanced clinical and surgical interventions. The existing team consists of six ENT physicians and five audiologists dedicated to providing comprehensive ENT services to a diverse patient population. The practice is notable for its busy, well-established status within a large non-profit multispecialty group with a service area spanning approximately 500,000 people, including Eugene, the Oregon coast, and southern Oregon.
The General Otolaryngologist in this role will be part of a multidisciplinary team that utilizes the latest medical technologies and protocols to optimize patient outcomes. PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center, the associated tertiary referral center, is a 389-bed Level II Trauma hospital offering comprehensive surgical specialties, making it an ideal environment for advanced clinical practice. This outpatient, full-time role offers a blend of clinical work along with opportunities to engage in surgical procedures, supporting a broad range of disease management within the ENT specialty.
Compensation for this role is highly competitive with a base salary of $495,227 annually, complemented by a first-year salary guarantee, followed by productivity-based compensation and up to 10% additional compensation based on value measures. PeaceHealth also offers an attractive comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Additional perks include an employment bonus, relocation assistance featuring home-finding and rental services, and education loan reimbursement for qualified candidates.
