Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain pace
  • Must follow safety and operational guidelines
  • Physical capability to perform responsibilities including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Reliable attendance with punctual clock-in and clock-out
  • Must provide sufficient notice for absences
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service roles preferred
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to provide excellent guest service
  • Able to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile and friendly service
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to personalize interactions
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Stock and prepare cleaning tools and supplies before shifts
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
  • Complete cleanliness tasks in hallways and public areas
  • Participate in additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors
  • Accurately complete operational checklists and shift handover reports
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Support teamwork by collaborating to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
