Employees also benefit from wellness programs including counseling and referral services, paid time off, family leave, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and various leave policies. The center supports employees’ financial well-being through retirement plans with generous employer matching, employee stock purchase plans, and financial counseling. Education support is also available through tuition and student loan assistance, certification support, and scholarships, helping to foster career growth and personal development. Additional benefits include fertility assistance, adoption support, supplemental insurance plans, legal counseling, identity theft protection, and consumer discount programs.

Las Palmas Medical Center fosters an inclusive work environment that values respect, diversity, and ethical conduct, aligning with HCA Healthcare’s philosophy that every employee is a trusted and valued member of the healthcare team. The facility encourages career growth and professional development while emphasizing compassionate care that respects the unique worth of every individual.
