The role of Event Manager at REVELXP is integral to delivering these world-class experiences. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Event Manager will execute company objectives at assigned properties, primarily focusing on football game days and other special events. This role demands a revenue and operations-minded individual who can adeptly build strong relationships with guests, lead hourly game day staff, and supervise office personnel. Job Duties
- Lead event execution at partner schools for football game days and other events
- Develop relationships with direct reports and hourly staff members to maintain high morale and office culture
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate hourly game day staff
- Prepare weekly coordination meetings for scheduling and operational needs
- Manage quality control, inventory availability, maintenance, and budget review
- Schedule and record hourly staff work time
- Design event layout for tailgates and special rentals
- Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness
- Manage relationships with game day vendors
- Build and maintain e-commerce platform for tailgate sales
- Sell hospitality packages and event rentals
- Develop relationships with partners and fan communities to generate leads and referrals
- Be on-site at hosted events to build relationships and grow sales
- Provide high-level guest service
- Contact area businesses and individuals to foster engagement
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
