Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales
  • At least one year food and beverage experience
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with hospitality sales CRM software

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • One-year food and beverage experience

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial stages to execution
  • Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel

  • Address and resolve issues during events promptly
  • Manage logistics including room blocks, food and beverage, and meeting space arrangements
  • Collaborate with catering and group clients proactively
