The position available is for an Event Sales professional specializing in selling and servicing events for both in-house and external clients. The primary responsibility lies in selling Banquet Food and Beverage services, alongside planning menus, setting agendas, and coordinating hotel meeting services. The Catering Manager will play a critical role in reviewing contracts, ensuring seamless communication before, during, and after events among hotel staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This position also involves site inspections and collaborative teamwork with the sales and catering teams.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate expertise in negotiating contracts and maintain strong business communication skills. Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- 1 year food and beverage experience
