Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the united states
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • warm, professional demeanor with positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hotel or food service industry a plus
  • basic understanding of kitchen sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Job Duties

  • wash dishes and kitchenware
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • assist with basic food preparation tasks
  • organize kitchen equipment and supplies
  • follow sanitation and safety standards
  • report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef
  • support smooth kitchen operations
