The Food Services Department at The Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove upholds the high standard of servant hospitality and food service that embodies the spirit of Christian service and care. The position available within the Food Services Department focuses on assisting in both dining room and kitchen operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting the setup and breakdown of dining events, and ensuring dishes, pots, and pans are properly cleaned. The individual will work alongside a dedicated team to efficiently manage food service tasks, contribute to food preparation when needed, and operate kitchen equipment as assigned. This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends. Working under pressure to meet meal deadlines is a key aspect, and the physical demands of the job include consistent mobility, bending, stretching, and lifting.
