Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity
- inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness
- skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen
- thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success
- occasionally assist with food preparation as needed
- wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
- remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas
- be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team's needs at any time
