The Maintenance Associate position at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a vital role responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of floors and carpets in all public areas throughout the property. The ideal candidate will participate in preserving the hotel's elegance by ensuring all surfaces meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards. This job requires responsibility for cleaning walls, ceilings, vents, stairwells, and exterior areas, polishing marble, stone, and linoleum floors, and performing carpet cleaning. Additionally, the Maintenance Associate will take inventory, complete daily reports, and submit requisitions as necessary. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently while maintaining effective communication with guests and team members. Experience in a large resort environment and familiarity with stone, masonry, or ceramic tile cleaning are highly valued.
