Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday
HR Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities
- Craft and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and culture
- Advertise vacancies on various platforms including job boards, social media and professional networking sites
- Proactively search for potential candidates through networking, headhunting and recruitment databases
- Review resumes and applications
- Perform preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit
- Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers
- Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Manage job offer negotiations with selected candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidates and hiring outcomes
- Work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs
- Offer constructive feedback to candidates
- Encourage and manage employee referral initiatives
HR Recruiter Experience Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs
HR Recruiter Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
- Certifications from Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional is a plus
- Certifications such as Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) can be beneficial
