Talent Acquisition Consultant Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess current and future staffing needs of the organization
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies

- Ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring regulations
- Facilitate onboarding processes for recruits
- Resolve recruitment-related challenges and issues
- Manage recruitment budgets and track expenses
Talent Acquisition Consultant Experience Requirements & Skills
- Proven track record with substantial work experience in roles such as Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar positions
- Hands-on proficiency in candidate sourcing and assessment processes
- Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and the utilization of applicant tracking systems
- In-depth knowledge of current job market trends and industry practices
