Talent Acquisition Coordinator Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a similar recruitment support role
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other software used in recruitment processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a sharp attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment techniques
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
