Salary: $115,000–$140,000 a year

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Talent Acquisition Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for the organization
  • Determine staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
  • Identify and connect with prospective candidates through various channels
  • Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continually optimize the hiring process
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
  • Offer assistance and guidance to hiring managers in the selection process
  • Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s image in the job market
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies

Talent Acquisition Manager Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within the HR or recruitment field
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and understanding diverse organizational staffing needs
  • Familiarity with a variety of sourcing methods and tools, including social media, job boards and professional networks
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize processes
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex staffing challenges
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in candidate evaluations and documentation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process

Talent Acquisition Manager Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is a plus
