  • Monitor competitors and provide innovative ideas to differentiate and stand out in the market
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, developments and changes in digital technology, implementing them strategically
  • Manage and improve online content, utilizing Google Analytics and SEO practices to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of digital marketing professionals

Digital Marketing Director Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Director
  • Experience in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO and display advertising
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity or proficiency in web design principles
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong capabilities in team management and communication, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in recruiting, developing and leading a team of digital marketers
  • Demonstrated success in effective budget planning and management
  • Expertise in interpreting analytics reports and generating actionable insights
