Salary: $85,000–$120,000/year

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), plus ability to work evenings and weekends

Communications Director Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies in line with the organization’s goals

  • Oversee the creation of diverse and engaging content across various platforms and channels

  • Oversee social media strategies to make sure that they align with communication goals and brand image
  • Coordinate communication efforts for company events, conferences and product launches
  • Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely flow of communication materials
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of communication strategies

  • Proficiency in digital communication strategies, including social media management and online content creation
