Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities

Actively engage in online promotion by posting about the products and services on various platforms, including social media and forums
Create, share and respond to online reviews
Serve as a spokesperson for the company at trade shows
Network and establish trusting relationships with potential customers
Develop a deep understanding of the products and services
Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques
Monitor online comments related to the brand and products, responding or forwarding relevant information to the Marketing department
Actively assist in organizing marketing events to further promote the brand and engage with the target audience
Track customers’ preferences and behaviors
Offer feedback to the Marketing and Product departments based on customers’ requests
Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
Actively contribute to the creation of user-generated content
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and brand messaging
Regularly communicate with the Marketing department to share real-time insights and experiences from the field

Brand Ambassador Experience & Skills

Demonstrated work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or in a similar role
Strong social media presence across multiple platforms
Experience in creating engaging online content
Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional attitude
An outgoing and friendly personality
Proven experience in retail sales is a plus
Adaptability and flexibility
Proactive problem-solving skills
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a positive and authentic representation of the brand
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Brand Ambassador Education & Qualifications
