We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to join our team. This key role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure seamless, memorable experiences for our guests. The Event Planning Manager acts as the essential link between customers and the hotel sales team, providing direction and supervision throughout the life cycle of meetings, banquets, and special events. Responsibilities include managing logistics related to group room blocks, food and beverage services, public meeting spaces, and billing processes. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
  • At least 1 year food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
  • Developed business communication skills
  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to present professionally
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • At least 1 year of food and beverage experience

  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties
