Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed
- Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities
- Regular access to a smart device with a data plan app download capability and photo upload functionality
- Active email address and phone with voicemail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work part-time varying hours 1-3 hours per week on average
- Ability to complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations including understanding retail terminology and company software
- Strong communication skills in person by phone and via email
- Ability to organize prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver box cutter and hammer
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time including stocking and organizing products auditing placement tagging/signing items collecting data setting displays and maintaining planograms
- Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
- Make routine decisions escalate store issues when needed manage schedules to meet deadlines and resolve basic service-related issues
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals
- Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers corporate employees partners and managers
- Lift up to 10 pounds more than 60% of the time
- Stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time
