Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience or training
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Commitment to safe and sanitary food handling
  • Willingness to learn and follow established recipes and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 6 months related experience or training in food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate specialized kitchen equipment such as dough mixers
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Passion for food and creativity in meal preparation

Job Duties

  • Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • Operate and manage the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
  • Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
  • Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
