The restaurant is offering positions across several roles including Server, Cook, Dishwasher, and Host/Hostess. The work environment requires standing or moving around for the entirety of the shift, lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds, as well as bending, stooping, and frequently performing cleaning tasks. Shifts are primarily day shifts, scheduled around peak business hours that often include weekends and holidays, which are mandatory.

The Server role involves taking orders and serving food and beverages to patrons according to established Steps of Service Guidelines, ensuring that service quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the dining experience. Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items exactly to the company’s specifications and service timelines, contributing to the consistency and quality of the food served. They may also assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and receiving deliveries, playing a key role in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly. Dishwashers are tasked with maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning food preparation areas, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Hosts and hostesses welcome guests upon arrival, seat them at their tables, and assist in maintaining the quality of service and the restaurant’s facilities.
