They help set up and sanitize work stations at the beginning of shifts and diligently follow prep lists created by the chefs. This role also extends to simple dish preparation, such as entrees and salads, along with assisting in recipe execution and meal assembly. The prep cook ensures all food items are properly stored and accessible to promote efficient service during busy hours.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work
- Ability to work early shifts
