Job Requirements

  • Experience in pharma meetings planning
  • Knowledge of Cvent software
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 20-40 percent
  • Legal ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Lead program planning from contract execution to final billing
  • Coordinate and implement logistics for pharmaceutical meetings
  • Research and maintain relationships with preferred vendors
  • Oversee supplier contracts to ensure legal protection
  • Manage program costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Review invoices and handle client payment requirements
  • Support online registration and assist with communication and attendee engagement
  • Work closely with venue staff and vendors for flawless on-site execution
  • Conduct post-event debriefings and prepare reports
  • Utilize Cvent software and other technology to streamline meeting operations
