The bank prides itself on delivering personalized service, financial expertise, and innovative products that support the financial wellbeing and growth of its clients. With a strong presence in Texas, FNBT fosters a customer-friendly environment where both customers and employees thrive. It is also recognized as an equal opportunity employer, ensuring a workplace that values diversity and inclusivity.

The role of a Teller at FNBT is pivotal in maintaining the bank's high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This full-time position involves working directly with customers in a fast-paced branch environment, handling various financial transactions, and contributing to the bank's sales efforts. The Teller is responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant with established bank procedures. In addition to cash handling, the Teller will engage in active sales by recommending bank products and services tailored to meet customer needs. Attention to punctuality and adherence to schedules are necessary given the demanding and dynamic nature of the work environment. Physical requirements of the job include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. The Teller will also operate computer systems and other office machinery efficiently.
