The LifeCafe Staff position is a pivotal role within the Life Time community, responsible for preparing and serving menu items with efficiency and exceptional quality, adhering strictly to recipe standards and speed of service guidelines. This role requires a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and sanitized cafe environment under fast-paced conditions. Staff members will engage with members and guests by responding to inquiries, suggesting menu items, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The position demands the ability to execute food, beverage, shakes, and espresso drink orders quickly and accurately, demonstrating excellent multitasking and communication skills. Additionally, LifeCafe Staff must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, moving around the cafe, and lifting objects typically exceeding 20 pounds. CPR/AED certification is mandatory within the first 30 days of employment to enhance workplace safety. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
