This role offers a dynamic schedule with varied weekday shifts from early morning to mid-afternoon, specifically from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, emphasizing open availability to meet the needs of the service operation.\n\nThe pay range for this Barista position is competitive, between $19.50 and $20.00 per hour, reflecting the value TouchPoint places on skilled and dedicated associates. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of barista experience, ensuring they are adept at producing espresso drinks and handling food and beverages following strict safety and quality standards such as HACCP guidelines. The role involves preparing espresso orders accurately, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and delivering courteous, efficient customer service.
