As a Barista at Aramark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by preparing specialty drinks, assisting with food preparation, and handling orders and payments efficiently. In this role, Baristas are responsible for operating registers and POS systems, accurately managing cash and credit card transactions, greeting and assisting customers by anticipating their needs, and preparing a variety of coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in line with Aramark's brand standards. They will also prepare and serve food items while adhering to location-specific guidelines. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the coffee bar, including setting up and breaking down stations, stocking beverage coolers, and managing service ware and condiments, are essential duties.

Baristas at Aramark must follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest quality of products and services. This role requires physical stamina as it involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Baristas may be required to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as per safety guidelines.
