The Guest Environment Expert role at Gaylord Hotels under the Marriott International umbrella is a pivotal position that goes beyond traditional housekeeping duties. This role is dedicated to maintaining the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel property while enhancing the overall guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including delivering guest requests promptly, stocking carts efficiently, cleaning both guest rooms and public spaces attentively, and ensuring all hotel areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires a hands-on approach involving physical activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Working in this capacity means being on your feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking as necessary, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
